# Initialization Parameters

The relationship between a Term Auction to a Term Repo is a many to one relationship. A Term Repo previously deployed and auctioned can be "re-opened" through a subsequent auction. The key parameters to a Term Auction are as follows:

| Parameter             | Method                  | Description                                                                                                             |
| --------------------- | ----------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Minimum Tender Amount | Initialized by Deployer | Minimum bid or offer amount accepted in auction |
| Auction Start Time | Initialized by Deployer | Timestamp defining the beginning of the auction window where bids and offers are accepted |
| Auction End Time | Initialized by Deployer | Timestamp defining the end of the auction window where bids and offers are accepted |
| Tender Reveal Time | Initialized by Deployer | Timestamp where bids and offers may be revealed for auction clearing |
| Clearing Price Offset | Initialized by Deployer | The number of price groups by which the best bid and offers are offset in determining the clearing rate, must be 0 or 1 |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://developers.term.finance/term-finance-protocol/term-repo/term-auction-group/initialization-parameters.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
