# Blue Sheets

### Overview

Blue Sheets implements a listing contract integrated with the TERM Finance protocol enabling RepoToken trading at fixed rates determined by auction clearing prices. The system facilitates two primary operations:

1. RepoToken holders can list their tokens for sale
2. Users can purchase listed RepoTokens at fixed rates
